Here's how it works:

1- Browse our catalogues. 

2- Once you find the part(s) you are looking for, you can either call us at 613.931.3242.

or email us at CONTACT US to check availability, price and/or to place your order.

3- We accept E-transfers, VISA and/or Mastercard for catalogue orders.

4- Orders can be shipped out or picked-up at the shop.  (Buyer pays all shipping/return fees)

5- Catalogue orders usually take 2-3 business days to process. If your order is being shipped to you directly, please add additional shipping time.

6- You will be contact either by phone or email to advise you that your order is ready for pick-up or that your order has been shipped out to you.

7- All catalogue orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee if the item(s) is returned to us. ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
