Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase date for a refund. (NO REFUNDS ON ANY ELECTRICAL COMPONENCE)

Instructions:

-Contact us at info@primeausmarine.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

-We will issue you a "Return Authorization Number" (No returns will be accepted without an return authorization #)

-Buyers are responsible for ALL shipping costs. (*If you received an incorrect or defective item, contact us at info@primeausmarine.com)

-Item(s) must be returned within 7 days

-Once the item has been returned, inspected and cleared, you can expect a refund within 3-5 business days (Shipping fees are non-refundable) Some items may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%-35%.

We ship Monday to Friday (Excluding Holidays)

Any orders received prior to 10am EST will be shipped out that day.

We are currently shipping within Canada and to the United States.
